No, it’s Marc Sluszny! Man or myth? Read all about it in his new biography “The Nine Lives of Marc Sluszny”. Still available in the bookshops are the photo-books “A rush of blood to the head” (Marcs legendary sports career overview), “Ready for take-off” (a voyage over the US in a waterplane) and upcoming “40,000ft above the Andes” (on Marcs extreme height record in a glider plane).

Some people say they see a resemblance with that great painting by Pieter Bruegel the Elder, well now… what do you think:)

Max & Marie are characters created for the Delhaize group magazine. They have their own 4 page ‘play and recipe’ kids-section. Max & Marie have recently been joined by Lou the rabbit. Lou is the bunny-rabbit of the ‘easter egg action in all Delhaize shops.

“Products carrying the FSC label are independently certified to assure consumers that they come from forests that are managed to meet the social, economic and ecological needs of present and future generations.” So I advice: for all your printing jobs: go FSC! This new book from Tectum Publishers tells the story of the diamond, from raw stone to jewel, in an extremely attractive way. We see artistic images of barren mining districts at the North Pole, in the jungle and on tropical coastlines. Alongside hundreds of photos of the most beautiful diamonds and jewellery, this book also reveals the variety of people and cultures that are active in the diamond business: the African mine workers, the Chinese diamond cutters in the factory, the international buyers at the diamond exchanges…
Ths book will be available in a regular edition with a slipcase as well as in a luxury edtion.

Plan (Belgium), an international developing organisation aimed at children, which works in 66 countries, asked me to create a new character/mascotte for a new educational program. This turned into the birth of ‘Lou & Lena’, whom now figure as the leading characters in 2 childrens books, 2 travel books and 2 ‘world’ papers.
The books topics are ‘Children’s rights’ and ‘Children in Vietnam’.
These books are AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE for the Belgian schools, in a french and dutch version; as well as supporting books for the teachers.
